Frequently asked questions
Can I compare grams with kilograms?
Yes. The calculator automatically converts to a common unit (e.g. 500 g becomes 0.5 kg) before comparing, so mixed units still give a fair result.
Why compare pieces with grams an issue?
Pieces, mass and volume are different kinds of measurement. The tool keeps them separate so you only compare like with like — a 12-piece pack vs grams wouldn't be a fair comparison.
